Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026

These terms govern use of RadiusRoute, a vendor SaaS for neighborhood campaigns. By creating an account, publishing a campaign, or joining a campaign, you agree to this page.

Who is who

RadiusRoute is the software platform. Vendors create campaigns and collect job payments on their own Stripe Connect account — the vendor is the merchant of record for those charges. Neighbors pay the vendor, not RadiusRoute, for the job. RadiusRoute bills the vendor separately for the SaaS subscription.

Vendor accounts

  • You must be able to enter a contract and complete Stripe Connect onboarding in the United States.
  • An active RadiusRoute plan is required to publish campaigns and start a new recurring period.
  • You are responsible for the service you sell, customer support for the job, taxes, and Stripe Connect requirements.

Campaigns and group pricing

A campaign has a price ladder and a deadline. Neighbors join by paying the current rung on the vendor's Stripe account. After the deadline, RadiusRoute refunds early joiners down so everyone pays the final group price for that neighborhood count. If you cancel before settle, paid joins are fully refunded.

You confirm you understand settle-down refunds before the first campaign is published. Do not change the neighborhood or ladder after paid joins exist.

Refunds (neighbors)

  • Settle-down: after the deadline, neighbors who paid through RadiusRoute are refunded the card difference down to the final group price. If a first customer paid the vendor directly, the vendor refunds that person themselves. Everyone who remains in the campaign pays the same.
  • Cancel: the vendor may cancel before settle. RadiusRoute card payments are refunded in full to the original payment method. Off-platform first customers are refunded by the vendor, not through Stripe.
  • Closed or duplicate join: if payment succeeds after cancel, after the deadline for a PaymentIntent started too late, or as a second charge for the same neighbor, the extra charge is refunded and no join is kept.
  • Card refunds are issued through Stripe and can take several business days to appear on a statement. Off-platform refunds are paid by the vendor directly. Job disputes (quality of work, no-show) are between the neighbor and the vendor.

Joining a campaign

Neighbors must use an address inside the campaign radius. Payment authorizes the vendor to charge the current price and, if the group price drops, to refund the difference at the deadline. Contact details you submit are shown to the vendor as soon as the join is paid so they can run the route.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse join links, fake addresses, or payment retries to manipulate the ladder. We may suspend accounts that harm neighbors or the platform.

Limitation

RadiusRoute provides software and payment orchestration. We are not a party to the home-service contract. The platform is provided as-is except where the law requires otherwise.
